Bike Friday's hyperfold technology creates the quickest folding bikes that can be folded in less than 5 seconds. That allows you to quickly transfer from cycling to riding, which makes jumping on a train or bus a snap.
Each time you fold and unfold your tikit, there is no need to readjust your saddle or handlebar heights.
When it came time to create a tikit for the 2012 Select Group, one thing came to mind immediately: The success of the Bike Friday Carbon Drive tikit in 2011.
Introducing the Future Tikit
The tikit has proven itself as a great intermodal commuting bike. You can quickly fold it and hop on the train or bus, then unfold and ride away without having to readjust your seat or handlebars.
But it is the low maintanence that is key for many commuters. With a Shimano Nexus 8-speed internal hub and the greaseless belt drive system, you can commute daily worry free.
It is available in four standard colors (Flag Red, Cream Soda Blue, Ink Black and Green Gear Green) for two-tone painting, or you can upgrade your color and Customize your ride.

your Tikit: Simply fold the seat mast forward
so that it lays flat and swing the rear wheel underneath.
This automatically releases the stem so that it
can be folded down to the side of the bike out of
the way. When folded the bike locks together so
it can be picked up or rolled with ease. Once you
are familiar with the fold you can execute it almost
as a single motion.
